Douglas Lake Cattle Company seeks a Farm Foreman at Gang Ranch.

Permanent full-time. On-ranch family housing or single room and board provided. $4,000–$5,000 per month depending on experience.

Preference will be given to candidates with a Class 3 license.

Full benefits after 90 days of employment.

Schedule would be 5 days per week, 10-12 hours per day.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating equipment for hay & silage production
• Winter feeding of cattle
• Irrigation
• Maintaining ranch vehicles & equipment
• Supervising a crew 6+/- people

Qualifications

• One (1) year farm equipment operating experience
• Must have valid Class 5 Driver’s License (heavy trailer endorsement, class 1 or 3 an asset)
• One (1) year supervisory experience

The location is 45km North of Clinton, BC.
