Aspen Planers Ltd., Savona Specialty Plywood is seeking a certified Industrial HD Mechanic for Lillooet Division.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the Industrial HD Mechanic is required to have experience in an industrial setting preferably with experience in forestry equipment such as log loaders, wheel loaders, Forklifts, and other mobile equipment.

Experience or other trades certification such as millwrighting, welder or fabricator would be an asset.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively participate in a team environment. Demonstrated safe work habits are essential.

Weekend shifting may be required subject to the production/maintenance schedule requirements of the operation.

A valid BC Driver’s license and reliable transportation is also required.

Aspen Planers offers wages as per the USW agreement. A generous benefit package is included after successful completion of probationary period.
