Yellowhead Community Services is recruiting!

The Early Years’ Service Provider will be responsible for facilitating two weekly play group/family activity sessions in Lillooet. This is a part time, casual position based on 10 hours per week with a predictable schedule.

Applicants must have the ability to work independently, be passionate about family development and
child health and well-being, have an understanding of barriers that challenge families, knowledge
of available resources within the community and a willingness to celebrate and promote cultural
connectedness and inclusion. Applicants must be open, respectful and friendly.

Applicants must have a Class Five driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle. Appointment will conditional to a clear Criminal Record Check and positive references. First Aid and Food Safe training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Preference will be given to applicants who hold a current ECE Assistant certificate and have experience working with children and families.

Wage is dependent upon experience. Wage range: $22.29 - $28.42/hour
