The Community Adult Learning Centre(CALC) Manager reports directly to the LTC Administrator and is responsible for the operational and administrative functions of the Centre. This position leads human resource management, financial management, project management, communication, marketing, and academic processes. This position requires a high level of decision-making, sensitivity, and judgement and handles confidential information on personnel, performance, finances, and the strategic direction of the Centre. This position also interacts closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners and represents the Centre in a variety of contexts
