Description
A&W Restaurant Lillooet is looking for an efficient team player to fill the position of Food Service Supervisor as soon as possible.
Wage and Hours: $20 Hourly for 35-40 hours per week including morning, day, and evening shifts
Job Requirements & Suitability:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast food outlet, restaurant or concession
Tasks and Duties:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- Supervision of 3- 4 people including Food Service Counter Attendants and Food Preparers
